Are you an Anthropic / Claude partner?+
We're applying to the Anthropic partner programme. Today, we describe ourselves as Claude Implementation Specialists - we don't claim formal partner status until it's official. What we do bring is one of the deepest hands-on Claude implementation track records in Australia, including running our own SMB on Claude end-to-end.
What's the typical engagement size?+
Engagements range from a focused 4-week Claude Code rollout for a small engineering team, through to multi-month programs that touch every function in the business. Pricing depends on scope - book a discovery call and we'll give you an honest range up front.
Do you work with Claude.ai Teams, Enterprise, or both?+
Both. We help you pick the right tier, get pricing through Anthropic, and roll it out properly with projects, skills and governance. If you're already on Claude.ai and not getting value, we'll diagnose why and fix it.
Do you build on the Anthropic API directly?+
Yes. Custom builds on the Anthropic API and Agent SDK is a core part of what we do - typically when Claude.ai's UI isn't the right fit, when you need RAG over internal data, or when you're shipping AI inside your own product. Prompt caching, model selection (Opus / Sonnet / Haiku) and proper migration discipline come standard.
Can you migrate us between Claude versions?+
Yes. As new Claude models ship, we migrate prompts, tools and agents cleanly - and re-tune caching and routing so you don't lose performance or pay more than you need to.
What about data security and governance?+
We help your legal, IT and security teams put the right policies in place: data handling, IP ownership, model selection, on-prem vs API, audit logging. Built so your governance team can sign off without slowing the rollout.
Do you do training too?+
Yes - team training is included in implementation engagements. We also run standalone 1-day AI intensives for up to 8 people from $5,000 if you just want training without a full implementation.
Where are you based and who do you work with?+
Sydney HQ, working with SMBs Australia-wide. Most engagements run remote with periodic in-person workshops. We can travel anywhere in Australia for kick-off and key training sessions.
