What we build
Custom applications for how your business actually runs.
XLev designs and builds software for Australian businesses. Each build starts from a proven foundation, so the effort goes into the parts that are specific to you.
Six kinds of build
Line-of-business applications
The system a business runs on: jobs, clients, quotes, stock, invoices, rosters. Built around how the business already works, not the other way round.
Industry platforms
Software for a whole sector, such as salons, clinics, disability services or valuation firms, set up so each business gets its own private space.
Client and customer portals
A place for customers, members, families or staff to sign in, see their own records, book, pay and message.
Internal tools and dashboards
Admin screens, reporting and workflow tools that replace spreadsheets and shared inboxes, with roles and an audit trail.
Integrations and connectors
Links between the tools you already use, including connectors that let Claude read from, and with approval write to, business systems.
Websites with a working back end
Sites that take bookings, orders, applications or memberships and give staff an admin area to manage them.
A proven base, then your business on top
Most business software needs the same foundations: sign-in, roles and permissions, billing, messaging, audit trails and a place for each customer's data to live apart from everyone else's. We keep those in a reusable platform base and build each new application on top of it.
- Private space for each business or customer (multi-tenant)
- Roles, permissions and an audit trail
- Payments, email, SMS and calls when you need them
- Reporting and exports
- Hosted in Australia where the work calls for it
How a build runs
01
Conversation
You describe the business and who would use the software. We say plainly whether we are the right fit.
02
A small first version
We scope the smallest working version worth using and agree a fixed scope for it.
03
Working demonstrations
You see working software regularly, on real screens with made-up data, and steer as it grows.
04
Handover
You receive the code, the deployment and the documentation. Ongoing support is optional.
Typically built with Next.js or React, Supabase and Claude, hosted on Vercel or Cloudflare.
