Why n8n and not Zapier or Make?+
n8n gives us proper version control, self-hosting, complex logic and AI integrations without the per-task pricing surprises. We've seen too many businesses end up with a tangled Zapier setup nobody can audit or change. n8n stays maintainable as the business grows.
Can you migrate us off Zapier or Make?+
Yes. We audit what's running, redesign the messy bits, and move you to n8n in stages so nothing breaks. Most clients are surprised how much fragility was hiding in their old setup.
What's the typical price range?+
Most automation engagements land between $8k-$60k AUD depending on scope. A focused single-workflow build can start lower; a multi-workflow operations overhaul sits at the higher end. We give an honest fixed quote after a 30-minute discovery call.
Do you self-host n8n or use n8n Cloud?+
Either, depending on your data sensitivity and IT preferences. We can run a managed self-hosted n8n on Cloudflare or AWS for you, or get you set up on n8n Cloud - whichever fits.
What happens when something breaks?+
Every workflow ships with logging, retries and alerting. We can stay on a small monthly retainer for ongoing monitoring and fixes, or train your team to own it - both are common.
Can you wire Claude into n8n?+
Yes - that's a big part of what we do. n8n handles the deterministic plumbing; Claude handles the reasoning, classification and summarisation steps. Best of both worlds without trying to make Claude do your scheduling logic.
