Common questions.
Does the discovery call commit me to anything?+
No. The 20-minute call is free and obligation-free. If we don't think it's the right fit we'll say so on the call.
Online — what timezones?+
Any. The XLev team is based in Sydney and runs online intensives globally. We'll find a one-day block that works for your team's primary location.
What's the maximum team size?+
$5,000 covers up to 8 participants. Above 8, we add $400/person to keep sessions hands-on. Hard cap is 16 — beyond that engagement quality drops and we'll suggest splitting into two days.
Are recordings included?+
Yes. All three sessions are recorded and shared with the team afterwards, along with prompt and workflow templates.
How do you handle our data and IP?+
Standard mutual NDA on request. We work with your data only inside tools you've authorised, and we don't retain client data after the engagement ends.
In-person — where?+
Sydney. We can come to your offices, or use a meeting space if your team is distributed. Outside Sydney, in-person is possible with travel billed at cost — most teams prefer online for cost and timezone flexibility.
GST and invoicing?+
Invoicing in AUD with GST for Australian businesses, USD for international. Payment via bank transfer or credit card, 50% deposit on agreement and balance the day before the intensive.
What if our team has mixed AI experience?+
Common — and fine. The agenda is built knowing the skill mix in advance, and the modular format lets us pace each session to keep advanced participants engaged while bringing newer ones up.
Are there prerequisites?+
Working laptops and access to the tools your team actually uses (or wants to use). We'll send a short pre-day checklist after the discovery call.
Rescheduling?+
More than 14 days out, free. Inside 14 days, we'll do our best — once the day is booked, that block is held for you.
