XLev is an Australian AI consulting agency founded in 2026 by Tom Downie. Tom runs a 5-campus, 80-staff Sydney-based education business (Better Tuition Academy), and co-founded Northern Beaches Coworking. He ranks in the top 1% of builders on Lovable globally in 2025.

Where we are
XLev HQ is at 61 The Centre, Forestville, NSW 2087. Forestville sits between Manly, Mosman and Frenchs Forest, with quick access to Brookvale, Dee Why, Chatswood and the rest of the Northern Beaches and North Shore.
We work in person with Northern Beaches and North Shore clients who want it - workshops, training days, half-day strategy sessions. We work remote-first with clients further afield, which includes most of the rest of Australia.
